The gastronomic proposal is intended to the savviest clients. Offering mainly ceviche dishes, it specializes in fish and sea-food options. The concept of open kitchen is present in all of the restaurant rooms, allowing customers to watch chefs in action as well as to enjoy a full 'Sipan Experience´.

Conveniently located right in the bar area, the Pisco Bar has the main role of offering a wide range of pisco-based drinks from the international and contemporary cocktail menu.

This important project includes Sipan Catering, a shop working as the distribution center for events, take away and delivery services, being able in this way to reach the most demanding homes and events with our exquisite cuisine.
